Choose Your Feelings Again: The Simple 3-Step Process
Step 1: Notice the thought.
When you find yourself stuck in negativity or fear, consciously step back. You can do this by noticing that your thoughts and energy are out of alignment with joy. Ask yourself, “How do I feel right now?” Write down your answer in your journal.
Step 2: Forgive the thought.
Forgive yourself for being misaligned and celebrate your desire to shift. Thank your negative feelings and thoughts for showing you what you don’t want and revealing what you do. Next to each negative thought that you document, write the words Thank you for revealing to me what I don’t want so that I can clarify what I do want.
Step 3: Choose again.
Answer this question in your journal: “What is the best-feeling thought I can find right now?” Then ask the Universe to guide you toward that thought. In your journal, write down this prayer or say it to yourself: Thank you, Universe, for guiding my thoughts toward good-feeling emotions.
7 Obstacles to Super Attractor
Don’t be afraid of these blocks, as they’re common and most of us are unconscious of them. Our awareness is what heals the patterns that hold us back from being Super Attractors.
BLOCK #1: BELIEVING IN LACK
The time and energy you pour into trying to prove your worthiness become part of the reason why you don’t receive what you want.
BLOCK #2: THINKING THERE’S NOT ENOUGH TO GO AROUND
When you believe there’s a limit to abundance and joy, you may avoid trying altogether. But when we shift from a world of lack to a world of abundance, we can remember that there’s more than enough to go around.
BLOCK #3: COMPARING OURSELVES TO OTHERS
If your focus is on the outside, then you’ll constantly compare yourself to those who seem to have what you want.
BLOCK #4: THE NEED TO WIN AT THE EXPENSE OF HAVING FUN
Even when it comes to “healthy competition,” a shift in perception can be very valuable.
What if you shifted your focus off of the need to win and the fear of losing and onto how much fun the activity brings.
BLOCK #5: FEARING REJECTION
you choose to see rejection as guidance, then what is there to fear? If you get turned down by someone you asked on a date, it’s because someone better is on the way. If your offer on a house falls through, it’s because that house wasn’t for you.
BLOCK #6: HAVING A NEED-MORE MENTALITY
The need-more mentality is another form of lack. It suggests that you may be looking for something outside yourself to feel complete rather than trusting in your completeness now.
BLOCK #7: THE FEAR OF BEING JUDGED
When you release your resistance, you will feel released by others. Recognize that other people’s judgments reveal the places where you lack faith.
There Is So Much to Go Around
This is a universe of diversity, and diversity means plenty to go around, and source energy will answer everyone. And it’s only in your shortage consciousness where you believe that there is a finite amount of resources that you’re squabbling over. The resources that you’re reaching for are infinite, and your ability to achieve a desire for something means that the Universe has the ability to deliver it to you with no exceptions.
More Giving, Less Getting
Each day ask yourself, “How can I serve?” Asking this question puts you into alignment with the Universe. When you ask yourself, ‘How can I serve?’ the Universe responds, ‘How can I serve you?’” Trust that when you offer up an energy of service, the Universe will send it back to you tenfold. You’ll feel powerful in the presence of your service, and that power is what attracts.
Want More For Others
The practice of wishing for others to receive expands your own ability to receive, and this feeling of abundance will help you to attract more of what you want into your life. When you genuinely want others to be abundant, the Universe will respond in kind.
Do Something That Brings You Joy
The quickest way out of lack is to lean toward what feels good instead. Focus on your primary desire, which is to align with the joy of who you are. If you find yourself stuck in a story of lack or comparison, keep it simple. Just choose to focus on something that brings you joy.
Lift The Veil, Let There Be Light
The miracle is always there. Its presence is not caused by your vision; its absence is not the result of your failure to see. It is only your awareness of miracles that is affected. You will see them in the light; you will not see them in the dark.
Right now, accept that the darkness and discomfort have been great opportunities to get closer to spirit. Let yourself off the hook for the ways you’ve bought into the fear of the world. Forgive yourself for all the ways you’ve chosen to believe in darkness.
Choose To See The Light
Ask yourself, “Do I wish to see this in the dark, or do I wish to see this in the light?
The question is a prayer for help. It’s a reminder that there’s a world beyond your physical sight, a world beyond fear, a world beyond limitation, a world that is bright. The vision of light is waiting for you to choose it. Begin to measure your spiritual maturity not on how easy your life is but on how easy you are on yourself when things go awry.
Meditate In The Light
When we meditate, we can transcend the energy of this world and step into a place of love. Meditation becomes a pathway to the light. You surrender your will to the loving presence within and can be gently guided over the bridge from the world of perception to the world of light.
Shine The Light On Everyone
Seeing someone in their wholeness is the greatest gift you can give them. Sometimes the best way to help someone out of the fear is not to do anything, but instead to visualize them surrounded by light.
This Light Is Where Your Power Lies
When you think with the thoughts of love and see through the lens of light, you will find a way through every block. You’ll no longer be a match for negativity, attack, judgment, or pain. Living with true spiritual power means living in the light.
Remember that this is a practice of undoing our dark perceptions and remembering our light and true power. It doesn’t happen overnight, so it’s important to celebrate the miracles along the way. Each shift in perception from dark to light brings you closer to truth. Let these shifts come naturally, and stay committed to the light.
